What is SPERI Talent Hub

SPERI Talent Hub is a two-year training program aimed at enhancing skills and fostering innovation in the great Italian technical culture. Over 300 targeted training hours to expand technical-professional, linguistic, computer, and soft skills, through "Learn on the job" paths on projects and construction sites of great national and international importance, with the support of dedicated tutors and the opportunity to participate in workshops, seminars, conferences, and advanced training courses.

The training package includes:

Areas of expertise:

It will be possible to obtain specific technical certifications, such as BIM, LEED, PM, Safety Coordinator, Bridge Inspector, GIS.
